Cancellation and prepayment policies vary depending on the room category. Please enter your travel dates to check the conditions of your selected room category.
Note: Standard rooms face the street and railway side. If you prefer a quiet room, we recommend booking the Comfort Category.
Arrival Information
If you plan to arrive after 18:00, please contact the hotel in advance. You can find the contact details in your booking confirmation.
Please check in yourself at the self-check-in kiosk as follows:
- Touch the screen.
- Click on "Check-in with reservation" (enter your name or booking number).
- Confirm the privacy policy.
- Enter your last name (correctly spelled).
- Search for your reservation.
- Check-in.
- Fill in your personal details, sign, and confirm.
- Click on "Terms & Conditions".
- Confirm and pay.
- On the right side, use the payment terminal: hold or insert your credit/debit card.
- If you have already paid, you will proceed to the next step directly.
- (Please note that the bed tax of €3 per person per day must also be paid by card at the check-in kiosk.)
- Your room key card will be dispensed; please take it from the machine.
- Click "An arrival document will be printed for you at the counter" or choose to receive it by email.
- Your room number will also be displayed on the screen (if no paper confirmation is printed).
- Hold your room key card against the small black box (left of the display case).
- A green light will appear, and you can open the hotel door.
Check-out & Lost Cards:
- If you wish to check out while reception is closed, please drop your key card into our mailbox (right side, outside the hotel).
- If you have forgotten your key card in the room, use the self-check-in kiosk under "Lost access card", following the same steps.
